Getting there but there's still more to change to fully button this up.
- As Marcelo notes, we shouldn't add a CDH5-specific note; it's not needed
- `create-release.sh` needs to change around line 230 to update how the
releases are made
- In fact, `create-release.sh` has more instances of `-Phadoop-2.2
-Dhadoop.version=2.2.0` that can go
- Same for `run-tests` and `scalastyle` in `dev/`
- `hadoop-third-party-distributions.md` could use a better example than
Hadoop 2.2 then
- `building-spark.md` has another instance where `-Phadoop-2.2
-Dhadoop.version=2.2.0` can be removed
Then we'll need to change Jenkins config promptly. @shaneknapp what do you
think about that? if this merges, then some of the Hadoop 1 builds need to be
updated. Just a change to their flags.
