I'll mark the `PrivilegedFunction` as private; all it does is take a
function `() => T` and run it as a `PrivilegedExceptionAction`, so making
`UGI.doAs` slightly easier to integrate with
```
class PrivilegedFunction[T](function: (() => T)) extends
PrivilegedExceptionAction[T] {
override def run(): T = {
function()
}
}
```
