### What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. Update column nullability based on column statistics. 2. Change the nullable of `First`, `Last`, `Max` and `Min` to child.nullable. ### Why are the changes needed? Reduce useless `IsNotNull` filter condition to improve query performance. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
