I think the current state is that this passes only because some exclusions have to be retained that seem unintended - they were excluded for 3.0 - 3.1 not 3.1 - 3.2, but we were still using them. So I don't know if we should merge it ; could do but need to verify the exclusions are legitimate again or else undo the unintended api change -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
