`"yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS'Z'"` Here the 'Z' refers to the "UTC", according to the ISO 8601. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601 Using local timezone makes more confusion, especially when someone needs to provide the information to other one who lives in different time zone. This occasionally happens to us.
