yeah. It's test-only (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-595?focusedCommentId=13952793&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-13952793). You should probably remove https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/configuration.html#custom-resource-scheduling-and-configuration-overview reference. Seems like a small typo from https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/b425f8ee6599f53f47d7d4a8f0c27f2ba7d2eab9 cc @tgravescs. Yes, developer tools or somewhere testing related docs might be helpful.
