/bump because this rename is likely to cause large merge conflicts with
some shuffle-related patches that I'm working on, so it we want these changes
then I'd prefer to pull this in ahead of my patch. @aarondav, maybe you can
comment on whether the ExternalShuffleBlockManager is safe (since I think
you're most familiar with that code and its deployment as part of the external
shuffle service)?
