### What changes were proposed in this pull request? `CatalystTypeConverter.toCatalyst` method use `isInstanceOf + asInstanceOf` for type conversion, the main change of this pr is use type match to simplify this process. `CatalystTypeConverters.createToCatalystConverter` method has a similar pattern. ### Why are the changes needed?
