@mengxr , Thanks a lot for the patient review. I have fixed the style issues
I originally assumed the classifiers would set their own columns but it is
cleaner to have OneVsRest set the parameter. I have documented the fact that
underlying classifier parameters are ignored.
@jkbradley : I'll let you comment on whether OneVsRest should implement
Classifier.
It could return the confidence score of the best label predictor as the raw
prediction (I'm not sure this makes sense)
