Changed this test to show the bug of `ConfEntry.fullName`: SQLConf is
always case sensitive but currently `ConfEntry.fullName` returns an incorrect
lower case name in the error message.
This test will fail if we add `toLowerCase` back to `ConfEntry.fullName`.
