Weird, I can't reproduce the failure locally. (MacOS env.) I tried running
RocksDBStateStoreSuite in IDEA.
I will try to run the test suite via sbt, and if it didn't work, I'll try
to run several RocksDB test suites altogether to see whether the test is
affected by other suites.
