### What changes were proposed in this pull request? `DivideDTInterval` not consider the ansi mode, which leads some issue: First, the behavior is not consistent with `Divide`. Second, the function `try_divide` will not correct. ### Why are the changes needed? Make consistent behavior and fix bug. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? 'Yes'.
