### What changes were proposed in this pull request? When sql is only a select query, call `SQLExecution.withNewExecutionId` and specify `collect` as `executionName` so that `QueryExecutionListener` can get the query. ### Why are the changes needed? Now when in spark-sql CLI, `QueryExecutionListener` can receive command , but not select query. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
