Overall this PR LGTM, and left few comments. It freed Spark from Hive's dependency hell, which is a major improvement in Spark dependency management. Another question, the `build/mvn` command works well with the new module `spark-hive-shaded`, but my IDEA does not seem to recognize the classes from the `spark-hive-shaded` jar.
