@gengliangwang, I think "TimestampNTZ <=> Numeric" should be disallowed because it does not have a timezone, and it cannot determine the actual timestamp value. Returning the numeric value of timestamp assumes the timezone is in UTC which breaks the semantic of no timezone. Is it specified in ANSI?
