[SPARK-7516] [DOC] Replace depreciated inferSchema() with createDataFrame()

In sql-programming-guide, deprecated python data frame api inferSchema()
should be replaced by createDataFrame():
schemaPeople = sqlContext.inferSchema(people) ->
schemaPeople = sqlContext.createDataFrame(people)
