@jkbradley If a Param is identified by the parents' uid and its name,
`Param.toString` shouldn't output the default value and user-supplied value for
a particular parent, since a param is not attached to a single parent but also
its derivatives. I think this is all I want to add into this PR. I was waiting
for the OneVsRest to go in first and update this.
