And moreover, calling `.get` on an Option variable never been a good
practise which may leads to un-meaningful error messages. We should always use
`.getOrElse` on an Option variable. So i propose either we use
`.getOrElse(TimeZone.getDefault)` or `.getOrElse(throw
UnSupportedUsageExpection("..."))`.
