### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Removes workarounds due to older pandas. ### Why are the changes needed? Now that we upgraded the minimum version of pandas to `1.0.5`. We can remove workarounds for pandas API on Spark to run with older pandas. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
