@cloud-fan @sadikovi Could you have a look at this PR. I am still working on it but existing tests have passed already. Need to just add more tests for the cases when JVM and the session time zone are different in the `LEGACY` mode, and check backward compatibility (maybe something more, any ideas are welcome). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
