Review comment:
       I dont particularly like this part of the message (`Please check if 
environment status is healthy (e.g: disk corruption, network failure (etc)).`) 
- we will end up keeping on adding to this list for different types of 
`IOException` causes as time goes by - this is better captured by 
`ex.getMessage` itself. This is currently speculative at best, and does not add 
too much value.
   
   Can we omit this ?
