### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This pr upgrade dropwizard metrics from 4.2.2 to 4.2.7. ### Why are the changes needed? There are 5 versions after 4.2.2, the release notes as follows: - https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/releases/tag/v4.2.3 - https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/releases/tag/v4.2.4 - https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/releases/tag/v4.2.5 - https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/releases/tag/v4.2.6 - https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/releases/tag/v4.2.7 And after 4.2.5, dropwizard metrics supports [build with JDK 17](https://github.com/dropwizard/metrics/pull/2180). ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
