### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Currently, Spark only have `PostgresNamespaceSuite` to test DS V2 namespace in docker environment. But missing tests for other build-in JDBC dialect (e.g. Oracle, MySQL). This PR also found some compatible issue. For example, the JDBC api `conn.getMetaData.getSchemas` works bad for MySQL. ### Why are the changes needed? We need add tests for other build-in JDBC dialect. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? 'No'. Just add tests which face developers. ### How was this patch tested?
