Review comment:
       Hm, what about just leveraging a configuration for it? Also, users can 
easily do this via:
   
   ```scala
   if (!jdbcOptions.pushDownAggregate) return false
   ```
   
   at `pushAggregation`.
   
   Wonder if it's worth adding another method here.
