cc @dongjoon-hyun Do you think I need to split **pod cleanup** and **yaml resource cleanup** into two PRs for easy review? Note that: if we don't specified `-Dspark.kubernetes.test.namespace=` these resources can be cleanup because we delete the namespace, all resources in random namespace can be cleanup.
