### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add a quick check on the data source type in the presence of DEFAULT values in ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMNS commands. Such commands are rejected by default until explicitly allowlisted later, since each data source will be responsible for returning these values when the data is not present in storage (as opposed to stored NULL values). ### Why are the changes needed? This provides a way to implement support for default values in each of the supported data sources as appropriate. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
