    My evaluation is very valid.  Its running on a real cluster running real 
world stuff.  as you said yourself, many, many, many things affect run time. 
Yes deviation is high and that is what happens in the real world.  
    
    yes if you want some more official numbers in an isolated environment that 
can be done, but you don't seem to want to provide any numbers at all.  
Everything you say is theorectical.  I don't care about that, I use this in the 
real world. 
    
    If you are running on super specialized cluster as the only application 
then 1 you shouldn't be using yarn, 2 if you are using yarn you should be 
setting the normal heartbeat super small anyway and this doesn't matter.
