### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Our user meet an case when running broadcast, throw `SparkFatalException`,
but in error stack, it don't show the error case.
### Why are the changes needed?
Make exception more clear
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
User can got root cause when application throw `SparkFatalException`.
### How was this patch tested?
For ut
