So, I've never been a big fan of using `System.getProperty()` as a sort of
IPC, but in this case there aren't many good alternatives. But let me try one
and see what you think.
What if `SchedulerBackend` had a `getDriverLogUrl` method that returns
`None` by default, and then `YarnClusterSchedulerBackend` could override it?
