I am updating it based on your suggestion (though the order of
initialization thing is not really accurate, since we always know the order -
that argument applies everywhere in Spark, you always have to do things in some
fixed order all over the place -- see how the AM needs to wait for SparkContext
for a bunch of things etc. This did not change that, and it is not exactly
type-unsafe, I have never seen people pass non-Strings via System properties.).
