@holdenk After discussing more with @mengxr I think we'll go with using a
fixed random seed, but one which is generated based on the name of the class.
The motivation is to make it easier to reproduce things, but to have it differ
per class to keep things a little more random. Could you please change the
code gen file so it sets the seed based on some hash of the class name? I'll
make a separate JIRA for us to do this in Scala. Thanks!
