@MaxGekk Sry, i've been busy. PTAL. I format the error class message and
move `INVALID_PARAMETER_VALUE` to `INVALID_FUNCTION_ARGUMENTS` as sub-class,
beacuse of i feel parameter value belong to function argument scopes
