### What changes were proposed in this pull request? https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/d979736a9eb754725d33fd5baca88a1c1a8c23ce/sql/catalyst/src/test/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/catalyst/analysis/ExpressionTypeCheckingSuite.scala#L61-L108 The above helper methods in `ExpressionTypeCheckingSuite` are highly repetitive, so this pr extract a general `assertError` method to deduplicate code in `ExpressionTypeCheckingSuite`. In addition, change their access scope to `private`, because they are only used in `ExpressionTypeCheckingSuite`. ### Why are the changes needed?
