    [SPARK-6246] [ec2] fixed support for more than 100 nodes

    This is a small fix. But it is important for amazon users because as the 
ticket states, "spark-ec2 can't handle clusters with > 100 nodes" now.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/grammarly/spark ec2_100_nodes_fix

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/6267.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
