@harishreedharan, I think that adding a redirect handler there might be
sufficient, but if it's possible maybe we should prefer to put the redirect
into `MasterWebUI.scala` so that it only takes effect for the Master UI. On
the other hand, maybe it's not a huge deal to expose it under both endpoints.
@vanzin, even prior to Spark 1.4 we had a very rudimentary,
stable-but-undocumented set of JSON endpoints in the Master UI. I think that
you can grep the 1.3.x source for `json` to find this.
