Currently PySpark version of `catalog.cacheTable` function does not support to specify storage level. This is to add that. ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add extra parameter to catalog.cacheTable ### Why are the changes needed? To allow users specify which storage level to use in cache in PySpark/Connect code ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes ### How was this patch tested?
