If you mean you may have a few changes now, and more later down the road,
we can batch several together in the short term here, make the JIRA more
specific to those changes, and open new issues to track new changes later. I
don't mean to hold open a ticket for weeks here, just to track and batch
several small issues together if they're all sort of related.
