[SPARK-7749] [SQL] Fixes partition discovery for non-partitioned tables
`HadoopFsRelation` checks whether there are any leaf directories before
doing partition discovery. When listing leaf directories and files of a base
directory, we shouldn't count the base directory itself as a leaf directory.
Otherwise, partition discovery starts with a wrong input path.
