For Spark SQL, it's fine to drop time information from java.sql.Date and
drop date information from java.sql.Time, because Spark SQL can not handle
timezone anyway.
But for Pyrolite, we can't do that, because other projects may want to keep
all the information in java.sql.Date/Time to handle timezone.
