### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR changes `RemoteSparkSession` to add an overrideable `sparkConf` field that can be used by tests to pass additional configurations ### Why are the changes needed? Makes `RemoteSparkSession` more like `SharedSparkSession`. This allows plugins for Spark to reuse `RemoteSparkSession` while also being able to enable their extensions to the Spark Connect planner. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
