I think we should bypass the specific Spark exception to users, and show
`CANNOT_PARSE_JSON_ARRAYS_AS_STRUCTS` instead of `MALFORMED_RECORD_IN_PARSING`.
And `CANNOT_PARSE_JSON_ARRAYS_AS_STRUCTS` should provide enough info about the
