I think `CANNOT_PARSE_JSON_ARRAYS_AS_STRUCTS` can replace
`MALFORMED_RECORD_IN_PARSING`, it is one sub error of
`MALFORMED_RECORD_IN_PARSING`. Or we can change name from
`CANNOT_PARSE_JSON_ARRAYS_AS_STRUCTS` to
`CANNOT_PARSE_JSON_ARRAYS_AS_STRUCTS_IN_RECORD` ?
