We have 3rd-party library xgboost-spark that uses "barrier mode" and we need to make xgboost-spark supports pyspark-connect mode. we can add doc and test for it, to avoid break it in the future. But it is kind of `DeveloperApi`, our usage pattern is pretty limited.
