It shouldn't be too difficult. I could add two APIs:
* `api/applications/<appId>/<attemptId>/downloadAllLogs`
* `api/applications/<appId>/<attemptId>/download/downloadAttemptLogs`
where the first one returns logs for all attempts (attemptId) is ignored,
while the second returns just for that attempt. It would not be a whole lot of
work, mostly refactoring I think.
