Review Comment:
   nit: protobuf-java-util's rather than java's? it is not Java library. 
   Also, `JsonFormat` (with capital letter). 
   
   Alternately we could say `com.google.protobuf.util.JsonFormat` and avoid 
saying `java's jsonformat`.
