To @bjornjorgensen , this PR doesn't touch anything in code base. What you are referring is `sql - other ...` pipeline, isn't it? This PR is irrelevant to that flaky test. :) The PR is only replacing `Scala 2.13 build with SBT` pipeline with `Scala 2.12 build with SBT` pipeline.
