Review Comment:
   I think that's a fair point, there's a `DontFailOnDataLoss` suite in the 
same folder which incorporates both a streaming and batch test so do you think 
it's okay to leave it as is? Having said that, my initial motivation with this 
structure was to avoid code duplication and have the MSK tests in one area
