Yes, it may seem a bit strange, but due to a significant number of breaking changes introduced in pandas 2.0.0, we have decided to support pandas 2.0.0 starting from the next major release (4.0.0) in order to minimize user confusion. The reason for testing with 2.0.x is to quickly carry out all the necessary tasks as soon as preparations for the 4.0.0 release begin, think of it as a sort of preliminary labeling process. :-) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
