    I find this weird, to call stop `receiverExecutor.stopReceivers()` and then 
again `receiverExecutor.stop()`
    Its breaks the simple abstraction that all the `receiverTracker` has to 
know about `receiverExecutor`'s internal `stopReceiver` as well as `stop`.
