### What changes were proposed in this pull request? When `Shim_v2_3#getTablesByType` call returns no `get_tables_by_type` method, throw `SparkUnsupportedOperationException`. `HiveClientImpl#listTablesByType` will have a fallback call. ### Why are the changes needed?
